In order to be able to precisely and efficiently, archive and process information submitted in forms we need those to be returned in readable formats, hence JPEGs and scans cannot be accepted.
If you would like to suggest a different format than these four below, please contact us for arrangements on how to apply.
Please re-name the filled form as “ApplicationType_yourSurname”, e.g. “Paper_Smith”, “Panel_Schmidt”

Over the past few weeks we have received a couple of complaints about problems in saving or printing the form. If you face such problems please try updating your software first, because given the system in place we prefer the PDF format over Word.
If you prefer using a Word format we are making such versions available here. However, please send us those back in readable PDF format (i.e. print document as PDF file and send this end format to us).
